Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and tracked shipping is recommended. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
